1. WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

1.A CLOCKWORK SYNERGY LIMITED WARRANTY

Clockwork Synergy offers warrantee for all watch straps (“the product”) purchased directly from the company (“Clockwork Synergy, LLC”) within a 60 day period from the date of purchase (“the warranty period”). All nylon bands and hardware have an extended warranty of one (1) year after purchase. If defect is found within the warranty period, Clockwork Synergy will comply with a company return/refund policy subject to applicable laws: (a) replace straps with proven defect(s) (as determined by the company); OR once the company has obtained possession of any items having defect(s), (b) a refund in the amount which is equivalent to the buyer’s purchase price. THIS DOCUMENT WILL NOT HOLD ANY LEGALITY in the event that the Product being returned: (a) was installed in a manner NOT deemed suitable; OR if (b) the Product acquired the specified defect as a result of abuse, accident, modification, altercation or any other cause(s) outside of the control of Clockwork Synergy, LLC.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANT OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions fail to accommodate for these limitations. In lieu of such an event (failure to accommodate), all above limitation may not apply to you. The rights offered by this warranty may differ from those offered by local jurisdiction.

Claims process: All claims made in effort to obtain validity as holding defect (see above) MUST BE MADE within the companies (Clockwork Synergy, LLC) specified “warranty period” as laid-out above. Consumers MUST offer valid (a) Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) to Clockwork Synergy, LLC and (b) return all products seeking return to the address specified by Clockwork Synergy in connection with the RMA. By sending the Product, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Clockwork Synergy. Clockwork Synergy may not return the original product to the consumer. Clockwork Synergy warrants that any repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period. If the claim is justified based on Warranty, Clockwork Synergy shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the consumer. Any product returned to Clockwork Synergy without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment) or disposed of in Clockwork Synergy’s sole decision.

1.B CLOCKWORK SYNERGY REFUND POLICY:

Clockwork Synergy works very hard to provide our consumers with a product that they will love. However, we realize that the product you receive from Clockwork Synergy may not be exactly what you expected. Should this rare occurrence take place, the original retail purchaser of the product may return all Clockwork Synergy purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of the date of purchase. Clockwork Synergy will exchange it or provide a full refund of the original purchase price. Please note that this policy only applies to products that you purchase directly from Clockwork Synergy. This is in addition to your legal rights and your rights under the Clockwork Synergy sixty (60) day warranty referred to above.
